Irena is a seasoned executive known for optimizing processes and ensuring seamless operations, notably at Quikrete, where she developed disaster preparedness delivery strategies. With 12+ years in Fortune 500 collaboration, she works closely with CEOs and VPs from renowned organizations.

Irena’s ability to see the bigger picture drives her to assist small businesses and nonprofits in achieving their goals. She co-founded Avarr Webbing, a global marketing consulting firm that aids businesses and nonprofits in growth and scalability. Notably, it has served clients like the United States Air Force Academy and NAACP. Irena is also the National Admin for the Black Wall Street USA Informational Technological Council, addressing technological challenges worldwide.

She’s a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, focusing on “democracy in housing.” Irena holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from North Carolina A&T University.
